Every year, the House of Compassion is able to organise a holiday for its visitors who are unable to go on holiday themselves. The holiday is for refugees. Every year, about 20 people, families with children and singles, can stay for five days at the Dominican Monastery in Huissen under the guidance of volunteers from the House of Compassion.
For a report on our 2024 holiday, see:

The House of Compassion is a low-threshold place where many different activities take place that focus on compassion for people in a socially vulnerable position.
