On Wednesday 21 May, the fourth Zero Waste dinner took place at De Meesterproef. A packed house – around 90 guests – enjoyed a delicious dinner. The top chefs at De Meesterproef conjured up an exquisite meal. This proved once again that surplus food can be turned into haute cuisine.
