On 18 December, Food Hub Nijmegen, Huis van Compassie and HAN Business Administration students will organise the sixth edition of the Zero-Waste dinner at Canisius College.

During this evening, saved food is transformed into a delicious vegetarian three-course dinner. Guests will experience an interactive evening focusing on food waste and sustainability. The aim is to show that delicious food and less waste can go perfectly well hand in hand.

It is an alcohol-free evening full of flavour, meeting and awareness.

The dinner starts at 6pm and costs €25 for regular guests; students, volunteers and stakeholders are welcome to make a donation.

Some of the spots are available for free to people in a vulnerable position. Visitors with regular tickets directly contribute to funding these free spots.

This edition is made possible by the efforts of students from the HAN, in collaboration with the Food Hub and House of Compassion.
