On Wednesday 21 May, the fourth Zero Waste dinner will take place at 6pm. Chefs from The Master's Trial will create a delicious vegetarian three-course dinner from surplus food. The Food Hub of Huis van Compassie Nijmegen will supply the saved ingredients for the meal. A unique partnership against food waste.

The Zero Waste dinner takes place as part of the Week Without Waste, which runs from 19 to 25 May. Would you like to join us for dinner? Then sign up soon!

What can you expect?

  • A delicious vegetarian 3-course dinner, prepared with local surplus food by the talented chefs of Master's Trial.
  • A goodie bag with useful tips and products to combat food waste at home.
  • A dinner in an interactive setting. And of course, an evening of fun! With live music and presentations.

The proceeds from this evening will be used to thank the people who help fight food waste, as well as flowing back to the Food Hub so that even more food can be saved.

The Food Hub has proved its raison d'être in 2 years, supplying saved food to neighbourhood centres and other social eating initiatives.
