Energy coaches

With climate change on the rise and energy prices increasing, it’s in everyone’s interest to save energy. Energy coaches are here to help. The Energy Coaches make home visits to people who would like practical tips and support on saving energy. With a team of more than 20 coaches, we operate throughout Nijmegen, for anyone who would like a visit. A visit is free of charge. The Energy Coaches explain how to use heating, electricity and water efficiently. We help the residents of Nijmegen with energy-efficient light bulbs, radiator foil, draught excluders and other handy energy-saving solutions. The Energy Coaches are volunteers from a variety of backgrounds. They have all undergone training to become Energy Coaches. It is also possible to arrange a visit from an Arabic- or English-speaking coach.
