On 11 and 12 September, the Thiemeloods will host the 5th Zero Waste dinner, organised by the Food Hub and Huis van Compassie Nijmegen.
Since 2023, the Food Hub has been transforming saved surplus food into extraordinary culinary experiences. This anniversary edition, during Waste-Free Week from 8 to 14 September, is a unique collaboration with theatre performance "Table of Abundance".
