The House of Compassion was able to host another vacation this year for an extra-large group of up to 40 participants.
Think of refugees without documents and others in a vulnerable situation who are unable to go on vacation by themselves. Families with children and singles, accompanied by volunteers from the House of Compassion, were welcomed for five days at the Dominican Monastery in Huissen.
One of the children asked upon entering: how many stars does this hotel have? Receptionist said: at least 5. Child: nice!
