Soup there
Circular soups for food bank participants and organizations.
A side branch of the Food Hub is project "Soepie erbij?" that makes healthy eating more accessible to Food Bank clients in Nijmegen. Students from the HAN developed healthy soup and pasta sauce together with volunteers from the Food Bank and the House of Compassion to reduce food waste and promote healthy choices. The project was a success and we plan to expand it further to make even more of an impact. In addition to providing it to Food Bank participants, we also plan to sell the soup to organizations. This will help us become a social enterprise and spread our mission even wider.

The House of Compassion is an approachable place where many different activities take place that focus on compassion for people in socially vulnerable positions.
