House of Compassion can only exist thanks to the tireless efforts of many volunteers. They help organise meals, collect and distribute food, repair bicycles, do odd jobs at people's homes who need a helping hand, coordinate projects, are hostess/host at activities, etc.

Besides the more than 200 volunteers, House of Compassion has a coordinator and a number of professionals on a small shift.
