Repair Café is a worldwide movement. In Nijmegen there are Repair Cafés in various neighborhoods. At the Repair Café Waterkwartier in the House of Compassion you can go to the Repair Café for the repair of electrical appliances, laptops, bicycles etc. and the mending of garments. All repairmen are volunteers from the neighborhood. A voluntary contribution is appreciated for the repair/repair work (this allows us to purchase new tools, among other things).
